Yesterday we all went to see Race to Witch Mountain, and to Red Robin for dinner. Madi informed me of what her birthday celebration was going to be this year. She wanted to see that exact movie, and go to that exact restaurant afterward, with just a couple friends and the family. She even had an idea of what she wanted the invitations for Jordan and Kacey to look like. Jordan wasn’t able to make it, but other than that I think it all went exactly as she had planned.

So now she’s planning her own parties. Before you know it, we’ll be trading in her dress up clothes for prom dresses.
And brothers for boyfriends.
Today, I’m just trying to hang on to my little girl for a bit longer. She’s growing into quite the young lady, and we’re so proud of her!
